  • Adyashanti explores how to move through existential fear, and reminds us that even in the midst of this fear, you can simply stop, be still, and relax in the knowledge that you will let go when you are ready to. Quote from this Video: “Relax in the certain knowledge that when you’re ready, you will simply let go. And if you’re not ready, you can try every trick in the book, and you won’t be letting go. A kind of readiness is key here.”

Yeah, its the final boss of fears, its crazy cause i can be sitting there in a very quiet home, with a beautiful family, then certain times during meditation it will show up, and im like ok im gonna try to continue forward but then the dread and feeling of slipping into death is to much i just get up and start watching tiktok or playing video games to entertain the mind, i do learn many lessons about hidden stuff every time i touch the gravity of zero, like certain ideas I thought were it dont really matter at that point, positive or negative.
Hopefully i will be ready to fully go through in this life time.

Thank you Adya for this 🙏🏻 I needed to hear this. I feel im prematurely pushing myself towards surrender and been feeling this instant contraction for quite some time now, even the senses tend to shut down. I feel like I should be more patient and keep moving on on a more natural and healthy way, and I feel I needed some sort of confirmation for this since there is some guilt about it. Thank you 🙏🏻

Thank you for this Adyashanti! I've experienced a deep yearning for the infinite, like you explain, more and more intensely over the last couple of months. It's really becoming my biggest curiosity and priority in my life. I find it so exciting and fascinating at the same time, while still being more present than ever. There's a deep peace that's been present lately, and an inner knowing that I will always be okay. There's an immense intelligence within me that I can always lean on, and when I send my love to that intelligence, I feel so so loved. Loved in a way I've never felt before. All the love, all the power!

Catholic school ruined my child mind. My mind is full of fears, terrified really, of eternal torture and suffering at the hands of devils and demons.
I’m scared of death every time I think of it. I hate what they did to us.
Let go of what, into what, about what?
    What does that even mean?
I’m so over it all. 10 years of chronic confusion, seeking, seeking, seeking.
I don’t even know what I’m looking for.
This NonDuality trip is the most confounding, confusing, depressing shit.
    😤😭🤬😤😭

    Good Evening Adyashanti 🙋🏻‍♂️
I have a Guide who I'm connected to. I'm extremely terrified of going through this process. 2 weeks ago I was pulled into this this realm but i rejected it... I didn't see anything, but i was being drawn in. I knew my guide was preparing me for the actual pull.
I know I'll be "pulled" in very soon, I can feel it, - but "I'm" terrified.
I respect you, can you please help me with this?❤️

what to do with physical pain? I am deep in my journey but am dealing with a lot of chronic pain in different parts of my body. I wake in tears every morning. How do I deal with this?

I had similar issues. Chronic pain for me was repressed traumas. It was actually psychedelics that freed me of them.
When my body / mind was able to process those old stored Traumatic events, the chronic pain disappeared too

ACIM is very clear that the physical world is not some kind of natural manifestation of Emptiness, but is actually our own invented illusion, or dream of reality.
Only eternal spirit is real, because this is only what God creates.

ACIM says that fear is the result of unconscious guilt, associated with the belief in sin against God, for seeking separation.
It's our judgments of the world, and others, that keeps the ideas of sin, guilt and fear, in place.
So, the path of ACIM is forgiveness of sin, and non - judgement.

      @ivogody Well said, bro.
Jesus wants us to look inside of our own minds, and understand how our thoughts and beliefs can cause us suffering.
In fact , only our own minds determine all our experiences.
Everyone has this deep unconscious guilt, which is usually projected out on to others.
The point is that the ideas of sin, guilt and fear have no real cause , and we cannot really lose our innocence.
      I wish you well.
