- Lake O' The Pines Crappie tactics are shared as we have one of the best days during my visit. Great weather and fish. Active Captain for liveScope view and tactics I use to get the bait to its target. Great Lake. I will be back

Your Welcome
I watched Asleep at the Reels video the other day. Nice guest appearance! Looks like a fun trip!
Chris is a great guy. Hope all is well👍
Good video Matt! Blessings!
Great video Matt!
Thanks man
Great video, I think you have some of the best videos that are put out to show livescope
Thanks I appreciate that
Awesome videos.
It is a fungus that grows on the outside of the fish. It can grow on their scales, fins, mouth, etc. It is pretty severe on some fish. It is in most of the lakes in northeast Texas and northwest Louisiana, including but not limited to LOP, Lake Fork, and Lake Cypress Springs. I see it on Toledo Bend a lot.
Love to watch your videos. Glad you got to make it down to my neck of the woods.
You guys are very fortunate to have such great lakes
Great video ,, you need to make more ,, I am catching up lol when is your first tournament ,, love them video's ,,
Bruise is likely boat rash.....boat flipping fish on carpet, then throwing it back with the slimecoat removed. Seen it for years on Fork with bass, and now starting to see it more often with crappie.
really. I did not know that
I thought i was watching a kid in the candy store with his hand in the candy jar. Good Video.
Glad you had a good trip. Bet you saw a lot of deer on your way to the ramp.
Some but I wanted to see pigs haven’t seen one in Texas roaming wild
Come to Lake Fork on your next trip.
I plan on it
Almost 18K subscribers...impressive.
Thanks
can u catch them w/o a livescope?
Well sure can……go back to the early episodes when I didn’t have it
Hey Mat if you dont mind showing or if you could show on a map what part of the lake did you fish I have been there once I hired a guide and caught some nice fish and would like to go back with my own boat. Thanks for the great videos.
Johnson Creek (on main lake).......Next video will show with map
This time of year you can just go towards the floatilla, lol.
During the cold season Between Johnson Creek and the Dam will be full of boats. Either main lake or just To the right of Johnson Creek in the timber. Once the fish start moving in spring Hwy 155 Bridge will be full of boats
Another great video Matt!!! Was that a white an chartreuse jenko bait?
Yes. 3" shad.
What was big fish of the day?
2.1
How fast will your boat run?
45
The Cormorant birds mess those fish up. Wish we could get rid of them!
do you have to quit fishing after you catch your 25?
for crappie yes
Limit is 25 and from Nov. sometime to End of Feb you have to keep all Crappie due to them coming up from the deep water they will not survive release. Only a few lakes down here have that regulation of keeping fish.
@@tfisadog5260 It's my understanding the rule is keep all caught for 3 months Dec, Jan and Feb?
Did you find out what was causing the blind spots, I have notice a few times on mine ,though it might be a software update?
No idea. And it has cleared up.
@@3poundCrappiefishing if you will pull your transducer out of the water and rub the film off it and put it back in while its still on it will clear up immediately
The hunt begins..with a fish finder..lol
