Hi avi, gut health and diet is important but i can tell you from my experince, if you want to sustain your weight loss U HAVE TO WEIGHT TRAINING, because at some point you will eat and it will lead to weight gain, if you do musle training for 40 min only for 3-4 days min you will see the diffrence. this i am telling by experimenting on myself after doing all sort of diet etc etc one thing which is most effective and helped me most is weight training, hope this helps 😘
