The colours are captured and represented brilliantly. I enjoyed this so much.
That is great. Thank you for your feedback 😀
Always well though out videos, I like your work a lot and try to follow your methods.
Thanks for sharing your feedback 👍
Very instructive video. I especially like the fact that you show the reference photo and include your pallet so I can see what colors you are mixing and get somewhat of an idea of the consistency of the paint you’re putting on. In the scene it was a terrific demo of using warm and cool tones, hard and soft edges.. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Took a while to get a good layout, but this seems to work.
Just beautiful and inspiring. Thank you.
Thank you 😊
Magnificent! The color and everything else are perfect! I love the painting! I hope you have a good year 2025!
Thanks. Same to you.
Superbe! J'adore! Le meilleur pour vous en cette nouvelle année!
Merci à toi aussi
I gave it a bash... and am quite pleased.. the background i.e. the sky, distant hills etc gave me no problems.. A good trick was indeed your small white fields.. easy to do. One just has to be careful. Like yourself I would have preferred a non- yellow-ish foreground.. Maybe a dirty water wash to "create" dips and rises in the ground-level
The focus is the tree. And following your tips, i.e, varying the colours all the time plus the dark darks, that is what gave me a feeling of success.
Lovely "easy-ish tutorial.. thank you👨🎨🙏🏻😀

Hi dear Robert. I am back. Some month I looked at different channels, to get inspirations of other artists. As I said, now I am back. Your style is exactly that kind of painting, I like so much and it impressed me completly. I prefer to study your videos here on YT. I think I help you enough with thumb up and writing comments, patrionship is not mine, sorry. english. Hope you understand me
Greetings from Germany

Your good, eh!
Thanks.
Amazing work! Can I ask what paints you use?
I use mainly Rembrandt 20ml tubes and a few Daniel Smith 15ml tubes. I find the Rembrandt particularly stay wet very well im a palette with a lid.
Great painting Robert! I was looking for your reference photo site and could not find it. Can you send me the link for it again?
Thanks. Here is the community post I shared. Normally all references are available on my Patreon page.
