I just realized something. Did you notice that in chapter 5 season 1 they put a lot of time modeling the gun, but put most of it into the iron sight? And that all of the animations for those guns had the gun being reloaded at the face rather than to side? And that the animations themselves were the best out of the entire chapter? It kinda looks like they wanted a real first person game mode in chapter 5 season 1
Make sense. It only.got confirmed at start of the year so make sense they planned before hand and had weapons designed specifically to co-exist with it. Another reason they changed to bullet projectiles too?
Glad they are taking time to perfect this instead of just throwing it out there, I played mainly FPS games growing up apart from gears of war and a couple others and the thought of one day being able to play zero build first person mode is very exciting.

Ngl this is cool but i wish that they just slapped a camera on the player head so the anims would match with 3pv, like how the older creative fpv was. That was perfect tbh (other than seeing ur own head sometimes and having no iron sights lol)

It's looking good! Slap some half decent reload animations, add some weapon shake, and you'd have mechanics capable of competing with CoD.
Kinda sucks how this is only really limited to when you're holding a weapon. Would really like a proper first person mode to build in.
