Thank you for that! I did purchase the walking well program but didn't finish it... I must say it always surprises me how difficult it is for me to balance on one foot with my eyes closed... considering that until a few years ago just balancing on one foot was a big challenge, I'm happy where I am, and heading forward. The lifting of the balls was too challenging for me. I suppose I need to keep practicing with other objects such as small towels, pebbles etc. After the rolling and the unsuccessful trials to pick-up the balls my "challenged" leg did better and the other had more challenge than before... interesting...

How do you spell toprioception? I googled but couldn't find. I am gonona try thiws when I find a bag for a few yoga balls.
