yes I heard of it he's got some nasty disease fights it every day, makes his bones and joints calcify so he cannot even sleep longer that 4 hours at a time, in order to be healthy he has to be moving all the time, hugely talented and underrated

It is so hard to notice all the details in this song, as his singing is lightning fast and also visuals present many interesting scenes and people. You actually paid attention and caught many of them, for that I'm already subbed. I highly recommend listening to it few more times and read lyrics and names of places and people, they are very impressive, and the song has it's message.
