I learned that if we put to many clothes in the washer the clothes rob too much and those lint balls appear or if the garment has really cheap fibers is inevitable for them to form at the first wash.

Um…ours does not work at all. Seems to depend on what material you have. Complete failure on woollen cardigan. No change whatsoever. Sending back to Amazon! Absolutely useless!
