Today, I m sharing a very tasty recipe of chicken lapeta restaurant style at home. This a very tasty recipe, mostly found in restaurant and there are no good recipes available on internet.
Better than a restaurant, chicken lapeta recipe at home
Ingredients for Chicken Marination
• Salt to taste
• Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
• Cumin powder - ½ tsp
• Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
• Coriander powder - ½ tsp
• Curd - 3 tbsp
• Ginger Garlic pste - 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Gravy
• Oil - 3 tbsp
• Finely chopped Onion - 3 medium size
• Tomatoe Puree - 3 medium size
• Cinnamon Stick/ Dalchini - 3 inches
• Green Cardamom/Elachi - 5 to 6
• Cloves/Laung - 8 to 10
• Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
• Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
• Jeera Powder/Cumin - ½ tsp
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
• Red chili powder - 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste - 1 ½ tbsp.
• Curd - 1 cup
• Malai - 1 cup
