Great work Sean and Sean, hopefully you will help more guitarist discover the tone hack that is a simple compressor pedal for their acoustic pedalboard.
Things get serious when the blindfolds come out!!
Super helpful
Thank you! I'm glad you found it helpful!
What is the best compression pedal for acoustic, well some of the best?
We really liked the Fishman AFX that we showed in this video, it sounded good, was easy to use, and is pretty reasonable. We also tested and liked the Keeley Compressor Pro which also sounded great. The Keeley has more controls and is a little more upscale. Those are the two options that we have tried and liked.
Nice compressor! But the guitar doesn't sound in tune to me and has fretbuzz on the e snare... Annoying!
Why can’t you at least tune?
All compression in the world isn't going to help that gawd awful quacky piezo pickup in that guitar. Yikes.
Annoyingly out of tune guitar 👀😅. And again illustrating why Takamine electro acoustics are a million miles better with their CT4Bii preamp system
