Hey guys and gals! We have placed a poll on our community page so that you guys can pick the next Lovebites song we react to. You can follow this link or visit our community tab page on our home page!! www.youtube.com/@criticalhitsbadmisses/community
The first LoveBites song, that I ever heard.......love it to this day !! 😏❤️🎙🎸🎹🥁😎🤘 Try some Miyako Magic, " Chopin Intro + Swan Song. " This song is the epitome of blending classical music into metal 😮
That was a good reaction. There are three "E-songs", which you can call a ballad. These are "Epilogue", "Edge of the world" and "Empty daydream". All of them are perfect! Thank you for the reaction! More Lovebites on the channel.
One of the 3 E songs (Edge of the World and Empty Daydream being the next ones). Proof these women can play whatever they want and do it better LIVE than just about anyone. Miyako switches from her classical piano to her Gary Moore playing like it is no sweat ( for her it is so easy it is just ridiculous). Asami really shines here and shows off that R&B/Soul/Jazz background. You need to catch her and Miyako doing Rising as a acoustic song where Miyako plays piano and Asami sounds like melting butter in a Jazz Bar atmosphere. Midori adds that reminder at the end that LB is still metal at heart.
Lump in the throat every time I play it. Asami sings with absolutely every fibre of her being, so much emotion. This was perhaps the second or third song I heard by them in December 2020 and I knew immediately that this band would never write a bad song. It’s my favourite individual performance by them.
@@TheCyberMantis The more often I listen to it, the more I like the "bluesy" ending by Midori. I did not "understand" it at once, but meanwhile I do, and it is brilliant finish. Reminds me of Gary Moore and Jimi Hendrix. Midori (like all five ladies) lives this song. She is a one-off. I am deeply impressed by her personality, her CV and her musicianship.
I was all in way back when I saw and heard them live for my first time with Holy War, I think this one is when I decided I loved them. Their flexibility is hard to match.
Others experience spontaneous allergies... Same result... 😁 Like one man wrote here, "Real men of course do _never_ get teary eyes from emotions. They just suffer from dropped eyelashes." 😁
Welcome back and thank you for doing this reaction to lovebites again, for me this ladys can do it all kinds of music, they even have covered "PAINKILLERS"from Judas priest, LOVEBITES ROCK
Thank guys for great comments. You'll witness it, these ladies can play any genres and all were damn good songs. You will add some more Lovebites songs in your playlist, for sure..🤭hahaha. especially E' tittle songs like most friends suggest 👍👍👍🤘🤘
Hi men, let me tell you that your playlists are gonna get bigger and bigger as soon as you're reacting to these women. So nice to watch your videos, have a nice weekend! Cheers 🍻
Nice one guys. Next stop "Empty Daydream", one of my favourites. You've got to love a metal song which gives you a Rachmaninoff intro on the keys! And vocal harmonies.
Thanks for the reaction! When it comes to LOVEBITES, I would suggest that you check out all the songs.😀 I understand that this is not realistic. Therefore, I suggest you check ( your choice) : "The Awakening"&"The Hammer of Wrath" (must be together) "Bravehearted". This is the only song written by Haruna (drums). You won't be disappointed.👍
I think this is my favourite Lovebites song. Its a wonderful piece of music performed with excellence. All the other songs are my second favourites. They are just awesome.
Great reaction guys.. My favorite ballad by Lovebites, well one of them lol They are all completely different and all masterpieces.. Do more lovebites they just get better and better the more you see and hear.. Rising is a great song Here is a link to the live version with Lyrics, it is a masterclass song, musically and lyrically, and a great live performance to boot.. th-cam.com/video/6nci8KtXJPk/w-d-xo.html Best wishes from France
Epilogue belongs to the 3 "E" songs, all ballads, with "Edge of the World" and "Empty daydream". Another songs of Lovebites for your playlist (different metal genre)from another 3 (WW) songs, argument the II World War: "Above the black sea" (Kamikaze), "Under the red sky" and "Apocalypse" (Nuclear bombs on Japan). Naturally all live! Thanks.
Thanks for your reaction guys, I've got some suggestions for you if you have not heard yet, i can recommend the songs Addicted and Signs of deliverance both from Zep Diversity Tokyo 2020. Enjoy it.
Hey guys, great reaction as always. good choices on your poll there and i voted. Have you listened to Soldier Stands Solitarily yet, as i think it will melt your brains.
Well that sounds interesting, to say the least. The problem is I don’t know how much extra brain I have to let get melted. Lol thank you for the comment.
epiclogue ! if you want to continue with the 'e' songs 'empty daydream' is a killer tune. not a ballad and not a heavy metal song. somewhere in between and miyako has a great keyboard intro you will love : th-cam.com/video/lXh_uMM94jU/w-d-xo.html
Epilogue is not bad, it is the softest Lovebites song, it is their most "ballad" ballad and Asami puts so much feeling into it that she has made more than someone cry with this song in front of cameras. But I wouldn't have put it that high on the list. It's a nice and good song but not THE song. If you want to hear and see THE song you must see "A Frozen Serenade". That is the true masterpiece of Lovebites... Oh, and remember to check Jinjer like I told you before. Greetings.
@@criticalhitsbadmisses I would have to second the suggestion of "A Frozen Serenade" If you can find the 2021 version from Heavy Metal Never Dies, you will hit the jackpot. It belongs with Layla, Bohemian Rhapsody and Kashmir as one of the great masterpieces in rock history.
If you do Rising then please do both the usual version and the acoustic version featuring just Asami and Miyako. Rising th-cam.com/video/o-WS8Fa4Jug/w-d-xo.html Rising acoustic th-cam.com/video/-ZLUdCgJmjw/w-d-xo.html

Mihaco and Midori they made them guitars to sing a song ...Amazing duetto...FANTASTIC Assami. Haruna she know also how to caress the drums Miho give the exact bass accompagnement to all song... they are all so professional.... I' feel so happy
I can still remember the ladies giving us fans from around the world this particular concert live stream on TH-cam back in 2019 (Daughters of the Dawn). I had not yet received my album Clockwork Immortality yet and heard that song and just fell in love. A total of 19 songs and about 2 hours of sheer magic, I know some of the guys have already filled you in on the "E" songs of Lovebites one down 2 to go Edge of the world th-cam.com/video/UZjxMjBop7w/w-d-xo.html from the FOAK concert, in 2020 the ladies spoiled us again with a watch party of this show Empty Daydream th-cam.com/video/lXh_uMM94jU/w-d-xo.html from the same concert Epilogue was in Daughters of the Dawn

Asaml's expression is so emotional, she becomes the storyteller in this song. ❤

You folks always give great analysis. Thank you for supporting Lovebites
Gary Moore soul enter into Miyako's body..... Jimi Hendrix soul enter into Midori's body.......

This was perhaps the second or third song I heard by them in December 2020 and I knew immediately that this band would never write a bad song. It’s my favourite individual performance by them.
True, this is a very emotional song. They hit all the right notes on this one.
@@TheCyberMantis The more often I listen to it, the more I like the "bluesy" ending by Midori. I did not "understand" it at once, but meanwhile I do, and it is brilliant finish. Reminds me of Gary Moore and Jimi Hendrix.

The only song that i will always want to listen hiding alone, because i don't want my wife see me cryin while listen to this.
I was all in way back when I saw and heard them live for my first time with Holy War, I think this one is when I decided I loved them.
Their flexibility is hard to match.
For some strange reason, I seem to always get dust in my eyes during Miyako's guitar solos in this song. Amazing coincidence.
Others experience spontaneous allergies... Same result... 😁

Now something in between by Lovebites, not super heavy and not quite a ballad. A Frozen Serenade: th-cam.com/video/Ae8pQVu-RN8/w-d-xo.html
You guys have to react to “Edge of the World “ live… another masterpiece from Lovebites…
LOVEBITES "Edge of the World" LIVE 2020 [cc] lyrics: th-cam.com/video/UZjxMjBop7w/w-d-xo.html
Frozen serenade should be your next by Lovebites its a master piece.
Swan Song with Chopin intro live , Raise Some Hell are different boundaries of this insanely talented group.

I have a problem with Lovebites! Every band has songs you don't like. I can't find any at Lovebites! Can someone help me? You two analyze well.
Out of 50+ songs... I can only find maybe 3. Warning Shot, Mastermind, and Apocalypse.

Mine too. It's a great pity that this is only live version of Epilogue. I don't think it made it onto the "In the Beginning" CDs.

This sounds just like Scorpions, maybe is a tribute to them.
Lovebites rules.
"Still Loving You"? 🤔
