Ours has worked perfectly for 7 years EXCEPT for the VERY NOISY BANG every time the DHW reaches its temperature and some valve 'clunks' ( gas valve? ) loudly. I think my neighbour has the same one and his can be heard ALL OVER OUR HOUSE. Why the ridiculous noise level? The water pressure is OK and this has been clunking since day one.
