Why is your 3060ti locked at 1875mhz? Ive looked at three 3060ti and they all run above 1900mhz. Mine is a Aorus Elite which runs at 1950mhz constantly, my son has a Gigabyte gaming oc which runs around the same 1930-1950mhz, and my buddies who runs an FE card around 1965mhz. Did you undervolt or change any other settings on the card? Would love to hear why it’s so different from what I’ve been seeing. Thanks keep up the great content.
The rtx 3060ti was on silent bios mode. Whenever i use the oc bios. The card would reach 75c+ (this wasnt the case when i previously tested this card) still investigating the issue. But i needed to release this vid so i ended up just using the silent bios.
That explains it thank you for the clarification. Seeing a card go that high might be due to a few factors. I hope you figure it out. My card is a three fan card and it usually stays pretty cool around 55-60 but best of luck with yours and I’ll be watching.
can you do a ray tracing comparison between 3070 and 6800?
Hey bro, love your vids so much! Keep them up, but I have one question.
Do you think that the Ryzen 7600X will bottleneck the 3060 12GB? I’m planning to build a PC with this CPU-GPU combo and playing at 1080p. I was planning to but a 3070 but the VRAM issues are concerning me.
Thanks bro appreciate it. The 7600x will easily handle the 3060. Even on low settings of 1080p you can expect 90-99% utilization of the 3060
@@JegsTV this is exactly the answer I need. Thank you! I’m a more casual gamer that plays both esports games and Triple A titles, so I think I’ve now decided to go for a 3060 12 GB instead.

@Jegs TV hey lm on between rx 6700xt and rtx 3070 8gb. But lm worried about rtx 3070 since its only 8 gb. ls there any risk for vram bottleneck on 2023?. Which one do you recommend. And also l dont wanna deal with any gpu related eros. Stability also important for me Plz answer... 😶
It will be an issue on unoptimized or heavy games like tlou where vram consumption can easily reach 11gb on ultra settings. 6700xt has that vram advantage over the 3070. If you play tlou on ultra with 8gb of vram you can expect stuttering. So i suggest going with the rx 6700 xt.
@@JegsTV @@JegsTV What about hogwarts legacy? And do you think the vram comsumption will be increase in the future gaming or ndivida is going to fix this issue? And is there any risk for wattman error other issues for 6700xt?

Don’t buy 3060 8gb it has 128-bit bus and only slightly faster than a 3050 which also has 8gb, 128-bit bus.
Search difference btw both online. Either try for 3060 12gb / rx 6600 xt if you have to go for 8gb card (rx too has 128-bit bus but it’s faster than 3060 12gb in performance)
Or I’d say if you got budget avoid 8gb cards altogether get a 6700 XT
You can save in HDD, PSU (Same brand, lower wattage) and for gpu avoid local brands. Go for good quality fans for such high end gpus.
Dont take G series if you using gpu

So is 3060ti no good for 1080p 60fps because only 8gb vram??? So confused

The hogwarts Legacy and tlou i think its not correct to compare, one is really bad optimezed, and the another is a nightmare as a Port. Will run baddly with a 3060 ou a 4090

but with more vram is not the good thing i would have belived when i played w my older gtx1650 4gb....so why did they put 12gb vram in 1 version of the rtx3060 gpu when it most of the times dont seem to handle it that well??? well there is ofcourse these very few occasions that the 12gb vram does extremly well but few n far between.
