Hi, you may not be from Minnesota, but in Minnesota, the state legislature codified the "Idaho Stop" in 2023 which allows bikes to go through stop signs without stopping if no vehicles are approaching. Specifically, under Minnesota Statute Section 169.222, subd4a (b), the law provides the following: "A bicycle operator who approaches a stop sign must slow to a speed that allows for stopping before entering the intersection or the nearest crosswalk. [I]f there is not a vehicle in the vicinity, the operator may make a turn or proceed through the intersection without stopping." Hope that clarifies it.
HUGE red flag and mistake, you NEED a phone mount!! like you had a cop next to you and gonna pull up your phone? wow ok smart , but nice bike but must say since you still new, take time. but common sense to have a mount for the phone. another huge red flag is never use carry on bag while riding and carrying around your arm? yeah food gonna get messy and gonna move it alot. if have proper delivery bag to put infront or back of your bike so dont have to carrt it.
Nice bike!
For the price, you should just return this one and get the HappyRun G100. It’s $1700, has a range of 130 miles and goes 31mph
Honestly, I can see these bikes getting regulated very soon in the future 😊
why you blowing all the stops
