the circuit are very nice and great in many applications, but not for all areas. Such components sometimes break through and the current can then no longer be separated. The safest solution is still a fuse or a mechanical circuit breaker.

Первые две крайне узконаправлены,потеря напряжения на транзисторе(часто это критично).Также ограничение силы тока транзистором,при большой нагрузке будет греться и выходит из строя.Третья на реле очень эфиктивная.Пользовася подобной.Но при нужде в большом количестве и ограничение по размеру перешёл на обычные термовыключатель,который не такой точный и эфиктивный,при массовом использовании пошел купил готовое решение за копейки.При единичном использовании крайне рекомендую третий.Спасибо за обзор:)

это плохая защита, при пробое компонентов аварийная ситуация не устранаяется. Защита при ее неисправности не должна позволять работать подключенной цепи, это главный тезис.

Bana öyle geliyor ki üçüncü devrede bir sorun var:
Montajda değişken direnci (100k rp1) transistörün pinlerine (c ve e) paralel olarak yerleştirirsiniz. Yaptığınız şemada bu pinler c'ye ve toprağa bağlanmıştır...
Mümkün olduğunda, verdiğiniz zaman diyagramla başlarım ve sonra devreyi kurarken onu takip ederim.

Il me semble qu'il y a un problème sur le troisième circuit:
Dans le montage vous mettez la résistance variable (100k rp1) en parallèle sur les broches (c et e) du transistor. Sur le schéma que vous avez fait, ces broches sont reliées à c et à la masse...
Lorsque c'est possible, je commence toujours par le schéma, lorsque vous le donnez, pour le suivre ensuite au fur et à mesure que vous construisez le circuit.

al contrario, el fusible depende de una acción térmica (fundirse) salvo que sea del tipo ultrarrápido. El sensado de exceso de corriente como todo lo que es electrónica pura, funciona a la velocidad de la luz. Creo incluso que podría probarse da más de una vuelta del cable negativo en el toroide para hacerlo más sensible todavia.

А нет , не попрощаемся . Предохранитель "выгорает" выгорает очень сложно : нагрев нити , увеличение сопротивления , и только потом разрушение атомных связей 13.5 Эв . Уж извиняйте но нет ему замены .
есть ему замена, но не в данном случае. Тут чайник показал вау эффект для чайников.
при пробое компонентов защита не отключит устройство от цепи, а должно быть наоборот
