Speaking of not noticing things until the end, my understanding of Xenoblade 2 deepens every time I watch a play-through of the game, which at this point is probably up to 5. For all the flaws the game is criticized for, I can’t get over how deep, multifaceted, and well-realized the narrative is.
Me, after coming out of the caves, when the next cutscene started: It's behind the waterfall, isn't it. Your reaction to the whole Colony Lambda stuff was so wholesome, it made me giddy with joy, and I had a big, stupid smile plastered to my face most of the time. I don't smile very often, so well done. I myself did not expect there to be another Ouroboros form, and was pleasantly surprised and very excited.
Seeing you so excited to have Riku and Manana on the field with you makes me want to see you play Xenoblade 1 DE: Future Connected, you can recruit a whole army of Nopon to help you in that game

Having only found your play through recently this has been quite entertaining. Watching the Lambda flame clock destruction scene having recently played the DLC makes me appreciate that Noah section given what was revealed in the story expansion.
First, thank you for posting these. I’m not able to watch the streams live on Twitch. I’m playing the game myself, and I’m at Chapter 7 so I think I’m nearing the end. I haven’t been able to be hooked by Xenoblade game in the past, but this game really drew me in. Good luck to the game at the Game Awards. It probably will not win game of the year, but I’m really hoping it wins Best Soundtrack.

This is probably going to be a massive comment so I do apologize beforehand. Firstly I have been watching this since you started and been loving it. Been waiting for the moment you unlock all the ourobros forms and to see the smile on your face during that scene was amazing I can't wait to see your reaction to all the rest of the game. Now for sort of the gameplay portion of this comment. You can set it in the settings so that the AI don't ouroboros as they usually do it at level 2 that makes it less effective and allows you to control when they interlink. As there a number of moves that they have that have the status effects. For example noahs ouroboros has break and smash and lanz has topple and launch so if you have them both up at level 3 you can pull of the smash combo, that being break, topple, launch, smash for massive damage. Or having mio and tion for the burst combo. You will need to unlock the arts in the soul tree. I hope that isn't too confusing and that I overloaded you with information. Again absolutely love these I prefer to watch the vods on TH-cam so might be a bit behind. Love all the voices you give the NPCs and can't wait to see the voices you give future npcs.
Now that you've finished chapter 3, i recommend checking out training drills. You can find that in the games menu -> system. They each take like 2-3 minutes and they're extremely helpful, especially the ones for chain attacks and interlink. We don't mind if you do them on stream. And btw there's a Nopon that will trade you useful items for Nopon coins. He's a bit hidden in a cave in the desert in Fornis but if you can find him you can buy Nopon straps. Equipping one gives your character a 10% chance that an art doesn't go into cooldown after you use it.
Alright and this is where I gotta say, Harry, you don't have to look at chat so much ! You end up missing what's happening in the scenes ! Just because there's no dialogue doesn't mean nothing's being shown. I think it means more to us that you experience the whole game fully than reading all the messages.

It's happened sometimes that you autosave before dying, and you're confuse when you don't respawn where you autosaved. The autosave works when you start up the game from the loading screen, not when you die. Whenever you die you'll always respawn on the last visited landmark, regardless of where you saved
Watching the VOD right now, and I've heard that you might appreciate some tips for the Ouroboros Chains. I've written a guide on them once, so let me give a quick summary of how to best use them: (tho I'm still watching through the VOD while writing this, so some of these tips might already be mentioned sorry :c ) There are 2 ways to trigger Ouroboros Orders, each resulting in very different Chain Attacks. The most straightforward one is triggering a Chain Attack when you're currently controlling an Ouroboros that's at Interlink level 3 (this is the type you've used at the end of the fight against Joran). In the first round, you use the Ouroboros Order of the character you were controlling, and in the next round, the Ouroboros Order of their Interlink partner. After this the Chain Attack ends. I don't recommend this strategy, as you're limited to only 2 rounds. (Although, they're great panic buttons to use in desperation, just like you did in that fight) The second is what you've done with your first Chain Attack, so using the Order of 2 Interlink partners to summon it. This is the best one as you can actually use 5 rounds with this one. When choosing Orders, the best way is this: In rounds 1-3, choose 2 characters that aren't Interlink partners (so Noah and Sena, Mio and Taion, etc.) AND a Hero's Chain Order. In round 4, choose the Order that'd complete an Interlink duo (so if you chose Noah and Sena in earlier rounds, choose either Mio or Lanz). Try to avoid triggering Ouroboros Orders early on though, unless you're not sure if you have enough TP for later rounds. There's more to it, but that's all the info you'll need at this point in the story. Hope this clears things up for you!

Why? Because if your current class really relies on your agnian arts, then you have 6 different arts to cancel into, meaning 6 recharges on your agnian arts. Also useful when your master arts are reactions like break/topple/daze/launch etc. And the class art it's not tied to hasn't charged yet, just using it by itself, but that's probably self explanatory.
