One of the moderators on a Super Mario World ROM hacking site found out it was actually an image file and converted it. The image was REALLY wierd and really creepy.

What I like most about this video is that it's like standard video only Halloween themed. You didn't put a jumpscare every five second because it was Halloween. You did it in a fun way that wouldn't scare the shit out of people (even though most common jumpscares such as Jeff and smile dog get old after awhile.) I was so pleased to see that I could watch the video without having to look in the comments to see a list of jumpscare times so I could know when to mute the volume. I wish more Halloween videos were fun like this one

Space Hamster: Creepy Mario Games, Ant Dude: Spooky ROM Hacks, and now SCARY Mario HACKS by Conner, maybe I'm looking way too deep into what may actually be a HUGE Coincidence, but its still both funny and odd to me how 3 Content-Creators now have videos about Spooky ROM hacks/Fangames, all released in the same year, to commemorate Halloween.

i'm totally 99% in agree with you!.. except for the MARIO one, the very think that is frightening is that... there's nothing in there, and it's so empty that is.. unsettling and... disturbing, also, there some sort of plot in it, it's said Mario did *something* horrible before the events on this Hack Room, through the game, the Boxes say different things, and some people argue what's happening, some say it's Mario turning evil, while others (most people) say it's Mario going all the way thinking of suicide, finally accepting it by falling from God knows where, even the final level reflects this, Mario falls in a dark room with nowhere to escape, and there are only 2 Text Boxes, one says "There's no way out of here" (Mario is DEAD, there's nothing he can do about it) and "Fly away" (referencing to "fly away" to the other life). Not mentioning the whole "VICTIM #1" thing and the fact that the picture of VICTIM #1 can randomly be set as your background while you're playing in fullscreen
