- Terminal 2 of Bangalore Airport is in charge of processing domestic/international flights from 1st Sep'23.
It is also called Garden Terminal as there are lots of green spaces, small gardens and trees. It is an immersive site with nature. This new terminal also has a large indoor garden with even waterfalls. Terminals are located within 600 meters distance. There are free shuttle buses between both terminals every 10 minutes. Zero eight Zero lounge is also available in the airport.

I worked for this project 1.9 years and I designed gas suppression system. This project was very painful some people sacrificed their life while working in this project. Rest less nights, even Saturdays Sundays they worked working under L&T is I never choose again in my life and I don't recommend anyone. A tribute to Arpita Gowda who was a colleague who died in this project a mechanical engineer by profession and she was a mother for 6month baby at the time when she died. Beautiful souls made it beautiful.

@@kiranroice7006 high work pressure from management they did not leave her even she was not well they forced her to come office and do work and she found fed at night. I know only this much. It was not a peaceful place to work.

@@kiranroice7006 she was not working at L&T but under L&T there was another sub contractor.L&T was main contractor. It's not my individual feedback but everyone says it that L&T is good company but actually inside there is so much politics and so much work pressure. That's I found it.
Beautiful air port
Built with only a fraction of Kannadiga’s tax money. Remaining of our money is given to underdeveloped BiMaRU states.
Imagine what Kannadiga’s could have achieved if all our tax money stayed with us.
For every 100 rupees Karnataka gives to centre it gets 14 rupees back while for every 100 rupees Maharastra only get 7.7 rupees back. Now don't pretend like karnataka is doing any favours to this nation. Maharastra pays more not just by quantity but percentage and per capita as well. Every country works like this.

Never seen Mumbaikars do all this nonsense even before like years ago when their situation was what of Bangalore is of now. Centre is putting money in South states as Port connectivity, logistics r developed better there from Congress times. Do research about who the builders, tenders r of these Airports. & how centre is trying to attract foreign investments in South for betterment of the country.
Never seen NorthEasterners whine so much as they get ignored & neglected so badly. UP, Gujarat is quickly catching up tho. Not long u'll be keeping this attitude tho. We need free and cheap education in whole country, that's what matters the most. The largest countries in future will be the most strongest, remember that. Ind is a big country, it'll take time. Once we reach $10trn economy things will start getting better.
Peoople from Bimaru state also work and pay tax here, buying and investing properties etc ur housing hotel transport everything will collapse without outsiders
90% Industries are not state owned industry and almost all of them are MNC which cant survive with out workforce from all diff states also Dont forget in Bengaluru many business are highly depend on IT sectors ad depended service sectors

Frankly speaking, BJP also did nothing much. What we need is an able leader irrespective of whether it is Congress, BJP, JDS or AAP, and not just party presence.
Agreed we have good infrastructure but Bangalore airport is run and managed by private entities like Delhi and Mumbai so govt has not much role in this...

No, but visitors can view it from outside. Bcoz the entrance is made up of transparent glass.
