It was frustrating to see large groups just strolling in while camping in the desert. Also, pissed me off to see water jugs placed out there by the border angels. Some people say we dont need a wall but apparently we needed the entirely ineffective steel wall that is being replaced. I love the wall and whole support it but I do see a few ways that could circumvent it and avoid detection but would be more costly and less volume for smugglers.
There are no "outdated" barriers. Those cross steel beams STILL prevent motorized vehicles from approaching the border. The new wall should be built on the American side of those existing barriers to provide a double security program. They shouldn't be torn out at all.

I think that wall looks so ugly, but we do need it. I am a Mexican immigrant, but I came here legally. The United States is not the only country with immigration laws. So many other countries have a lot more strict immigration laws.
Its amazing how there seems to be no attempt to even make this wall look like they put any craftsmanship into it. I have yet to see a video of straight walls and maybe even an attempt to match the tops together. This video especially shows the uneven tops (on somewhat even ground) and wavy walls. Billions of dollars for this type of craftsmanship is ridiculous
