The biggest problem is Neta doesn't understand how entertainment management works and when Carlos saw what a mess he had on his hands dealing with them, he tried to get as much of his money back as fast as he could. He is probably very guilty of sloppy record keeping, but the unchecked ego of Neta was/is more than any one person could deal with!
