Ingredients:
-½ Kg Beef Mince
-2Tbsp Coriander Seeds
-2 Tsp Salt
-250g Chopped Tomatoes
-3 Large Chopped Onions (place in a cloth and squeeze to drain the onion juice)
-1 Tbsp Crushed Red Chillies
-1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
-1 Tbsp Pomegranate Powder or 2 Tbsp Dried Pomegranate seeds soaked in water
-2 Green Chillies
-1 Egg
-2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
-½ Tbsp Chopped fresh Ginger
-25g Cour Flour
-25g Gram Flour
-½ Cup Ghee for frying Kebabs
-Handful of Fresh Chopped Coriander
-A Sprinkle of Chaat Masala
Method:
-Place mince meat in bowl and add in the following:
Salt, Baking Powder, Garam Masala, Fresh Ginger, Coriander Seeds, Pomegranate Powder, Crushed Red Chillies, Green Chillies, Gram Flour, Corn Flour, Chopped Tomatoes, Onions, Egg and mix well.
-Place a frying pan on medium heat and pour in the oil
-Shape the kabab by taking a handful, rolling it in a ball and flattening it between your hands and place in the pan
-Fry each kabab 2-3 minutes each side
-Serve up and sprinkle on chaat masala with fresh coriander
