Hi Adrian, I don’t mean to pump your tires too much but I have to say that your channel has changed my life in the best way possible. I am a 61 yr old that will retiring soon and moving to the Philippines. I love the predictable income stream that I will have every month. Stress free retirement! Thanks again!

Congrats! 58 yo here. Thinking of doing the same but undecided yet where (Asia or South America). Money coming in is better than looking at statement of returns on paper only. Because we don't live on paper...Cheers!

Future video idea: Hamilton vs Horizons.
Some of the funds seem to be fairly similar for both managers.
Also should we bank on Hamilton keeping Nick Piquard around? Seems like he's the driving force behind Hamilton's latest CC ETF's.
    As always great videos.

Great video! I am a retired dividend focused investor. I own individual stocks but i am thinking of swapping out some of these assets for ETFs. I am interested in the tax implications of ETFs in our RRSP, TFSA and non reg accounts. Can you point me to one of your videos that discusses this topics. Many Txs!

Video idea - If a CC fund is comprised of a strong foundation. How and why should you diversify. Financial funds have a solid foundation and pay a higher yield than non-financial funds. ie. BKCL is a bank CC ETFF that significantly out performs HHL (Healthcare). Each has a strong foundation. why invest in the lower yield offering ? what is the benefit. If a market correction hits, the capital declines impact both but the dividends are reliable on each too, why not stick with the lower yield. It isn't really a different yet you earn less..

I don't typically invest in new funds. I need to see how a fund performs during the downturn.

I really like your stuff. Stupid question...To get the dividends, you have to hold the ETF during one month, one week or only the day-before they pay? Thx

We're spoiled for choice and I love it. ^_^ I feel like I should know the answer to this, but why does Yield go up when there is Downward pressure on the Canadian Banks? I know the Big 6 are famous for being Dividend Kings and raising Dividends consistently for decades, but wouldn't downward pressure decrease their Dividends and thus Yield? I'm sure the answer is so obvious I'll be kicking myself.
    Thanks for the vids Adrian!
Tomorrow will be fun! (Sorry for the essay , _ , )

I think it’s because if banks sticks are going down and annual distribution in $ are still the same, the yield % is then going up. Let’s say stock A is worth 20$ and annual distribution is 1$, yield is 5% (1/20x100). If stock A is down to 10$ but still get 1$ annual distribution, yield is now 10%.

I see new index covered call etf coming to the market and I am wondering what will hapen to the price of those covered call if there are too many available on the market. Usually the price should go down as competition will come in between etf selling those cc! Distribution should also go down....what do you think? 😁
