Thanks a lot again for this amazing tutorial and all the florieos ones you done before. My capoeira improved so Much by your teaching I start to feel a beginning of flow in the execution of these movement it feels heavenly.
Could you do a video on the classic injuries you could have in the shoulder or hip, and how to prevent them ? I'm always very careful about my warming up and progression in difficulty of the exercises I do but I injured my shoulder lately and would like to see how I could improve a safer and healthier practice.
Otherwise keep doing these amazing videos brother you're life changing. I'm starting to be able to do some move I would have never expect doing like piao de mao, thank you for that brother ! AXEEEEEEE

Great tutorial! I have a question: what's the main difference between this and an Aù de Coluna? And also an Aù Bagel?
when doing au bagel you start with the sam e side hand and leg
where in au de coluna you use oppiste hand to leg

I love how you're breaking the move down visually but as a monoglot (barring rather bad portuguese ) any chance of any English subtitles?
