- TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) - Marco Rubio and Val Demings will meet for their first and only debate on Tuesday as they face off for the opportunity to represent Florida in the U.S. Senate.
Tuesday’s “Before You Vote” debate begins at 7 p.m. ET. It’s being held at Palm Beach State College’s Lake Worth Campus. WPBF 25 in West Palm Beach is hosting and moderating.
There’s a lot riding on the debate for both incumbent Republican Sen. Rubio and his Democratic challenger, Rep. Demings. Rubio is currently ahead in the polls, but Demings hasn’t held back on hammering her opponent when it comes to issues like abortion rights and crime.
Ms. Demings is not answering the questions, she spends 45 seconds bashing the Mr. Rubio, 15 seconds starting to explain her answer.
Plus, she kept interrupting Rubio when it was his turn to speak.

We are starting to see it on every race for governor senate etc. Even in the presidential debate with Trump and Kamala. Its insane how Democrats claim to stand for Humanity, yet they dont ever explain the methods of abortion or the limit.
Everyone who is a “Legal Citizen” in this country has the right to vote. I certainly support ID checks for voting period! How else are the people supposed to be CONFIDENT in election results? People should either request a ballot and have them submitted within the approved time or they should go in person to vote period. We all need ID to board a plane, buy alcohol, cigarettes, open a bank account, drive, enter a night club, etc. Everyone has an ID so, I’m not sure why people have issues with this. This is just COMMON sense.
Democrats think certain races are too inept to get them, therefore deeming them racist.
Opportunists want the ability to cheat. It's racist to think minorities don't have ID.
OK, say that everyone has an ID for voting, and say, the republicans losses, I guaranteed, republicans will come up with some excuses to adjust the voting rules. If republicans don't win they cry cow, if they win all is good. GIVE ME A DAMN BREAK.

However, certainly not for the abled bodies who aren't on a business trip or a vacation somewhere otherwise it's too easy to cheat by voting more than once which is very purposely done. I am getting ready to retire. I worked since I was 14 years old. I would be a fool to not want to receive all the money that I have given to this system all of my life. When did drop boxes become the key element of American democracy? Who grew up seeing their older family members driving all over town to put ballots in drop boxes? I thought it was a noble thing to reach age 18 and actually walk in on Election Day and vote. Absentee ballots were readily available for college students away from their home districts and others with physical limitations. But nobody was told to go find a drop box somewhere.
