- It's Tough to be a Bug! is a show in Disney's Animal Kingdom at Walt Disney World. This is always a fun show to watch. It's a 3D film combined with audio animatronics with additional 4D elements such as water, smells, and embedded seat effects.
On this particular show, the Hopper animatronic was missing.

@@robertgray20 The noise of a baby crying is loud and it’s very annoying. It’s giving me a headache.
I’m not going to lie, took my two kids and I let out the loudest scream when the spiders came from the ceiling lol.
I saw this back in 1999, still looks as fun as I remember! It was really funny that you feel the bugs leaving in your seat 😆

This show was scared so much, that I have to hide under my father’s arm to protect me

When I was 4 & the first time seeing that, I had to jump on my dad’s lap cause those spiders 🕷️

This is an attraction at Animal kingdom based on Disney Pixar’s a Bug’s life(1998)
The bugs 🐛 are nice and show.
Just remember that Flik is the leader of the Bugs.
Should Flik still be the protagonist if Pixar creates A Bug's Life 2?
The spiders dropping down reminds me of the Shrek short film at Universal Studios Singapore, You wear 3D glasses and spiders drop down, and when Donkey sneezes, they spray water at you.
Hopper traumatized me most

I remember crying like baby when I first saw this XD
As s kid, I accepted death when the lights went out and I started getting stung 💀

@@sealy1 but you can if you don’t want to be scared out of your wits which I will be of hopper seriously it’s Hilarious to me now but when I was little we went to this show and that night in my hotel room I thought I saw smoke my little brain thought the hopper animatronic was coming up out of the smoke and my brother played along at the time

It scared the shit outta me so we had to to exit before the show could finish

I thought they didn't allow filming this. How did you manage ?
They usually don’t allow recording on this attraction
Did you sneak it ?
I noticed they did not prohibit photography without flash in their announcement which means the reason for no video recording is to prevent video lighting or bright lcd screens from ruining the attraction for other guests. I basically recorded with my camera in full dark mode with no lcds on and at eye level so not to bother other guests. Essentially it looked like I was just taking pictures with my camera.

I just watched this to see if I could handle it as a adult (27 now. When I first saw it, I was like 4 back in 2000) & shit no I couldn’t. I think I would be a little scared like ok at the beginning but no but when I saw those spiders 🕷️ I screamed & cried because it’s STILL TERRIFYING AS A ADULT!!! Now that TikTok meme is playing inside my head “Oh My God I almost died, I almost died it was so scary” I feel silly for crying but IT’S STILL SO TERRIFYING AS A ADULT!! 😱😨😱😭😅
