I worked in Abu dhabi as a chef for Filipino food Resto..14 dishes in less than 2hrs..kinaya kc apat ung kalan qng sabay2 kung lulutuan..nakakatorete lalot magisa aq at wala pang assistant chopper at pag ikaw ang opening.. wla nmn aqng kakwentuhan kaya nattpos q agad..nadagdagan aq ng experience sa pagluluto pero nawalan aq ng humour sa tao..its so nice watching ur show Juday..it makes me feel like homour is one of the best recipe in every dishes..hnd malungkot kainin ang mga food kc galing ito sa masayang pagluluto❤

Hi! I live in PA in a community where there’s not a lot of Filipinos (and therefore, filipino food) around. So every time I am feeling homesick, I watch your videos and I can’t tell you how much it helps with uplifting my mood and making me less homesick. I sometimes watch your videos with my boyfriend and every time I laugh out loud, he asks me why. He watches your videos with me and I really wish he can understand your every word.
That being said, (and I know it’s probably way too much) I was hoping you and your production team would deliberately put translations in your videos so everyone else can enjoy and learn from you! 😁
I am by no means a professional like you (I learned how to cook Pinoy food when I moved to the states), but our cooking styles are similar so I’m happy to know that I must be doing the right things!

You can make it look brand new without scrubbing. Mix baking soda with warm water, and spread all over the pot inside and outside. Leave as is overnight. Spray with vinegar and wipe - all that grease will come out.

Carbon steel na lutuan ganyan talaga. “Patina” coating sa surface ng pan = well-seasoned pan at para hindi kalawangin. Yung mga professional chefs ganyan din mga gamit na lutuan, mukang sobra luma pero seasoned Lang.
