same procedure for mini, but different files, addon is available for that too. you can use these data files for all the ID4's, no matter if it is F30 F32 or any other model.

@@bmw4life592 you need a specific data files for this conversion to work without issues, if you will flash it with some random psdz it will have black screens, reboots etc. for every each car you will need a new set of feature codes.

yes, i have whole bench setup for multimedia systems. feature installer is used with ENET cable. power supply MUST be connected to the car during the whole process, and regular battery charger is not suitable for that. don't worry, we all started somewhere, all questions are not dumb if asked correctly. whole procedure is same in car and on bench.
The best tutorial, me and my boyfriend flashed our cars and everything worked great, and finally we have Apple CarPlay. Really thankful to the guy from the tutorial providing us with the needed codes and help. Just keep in mind that for some cars as mine F34 - the rear camera was not working because of the new software, however managed to fix it really quickly in esys with this: HU_NBT > 3001 > CAMERA_SYSTEM = trsvc

Hi, I want to flash my NBT2 Unit to a latest version so that I can get full-screen Apple Carplay. After Activating FA, do I click on Read "VCM" or Read "ECU"? I have been reading online and I am getting mixed messages from people. Some are saying to Read from VCM while others are saying Read from ECU. Does it really matter which way to go? Thank you!

Maybe check your media outputs (Radio, Bluetooth, CarPlay etc)? I'd try to isolate the issue by determining if you get any sound even through FM radio first. If everything's dead just hit these guys up via email, good luck

that is not NBT and not EVO ID4, that's EntryNAV multimedia system.
we can only offer map updates for it.

Screen has nothing to do with this conversion, you need to have EVO unit for that.

All the same, just when you order feature installer code, mention to the distributor that you want RHD carplay.

Yes, you can use svt that is for your actual region, no matter from which region your EVO is.

@@DB-Dirty find option "ZBE_HARDKEY_LAYOUT_NEW" in HU_NBT2 and change it to nicht_aktiv, problem solved.

ALWAYS use "Read ECU", unless you need to see which modules are written in your cars memory, not actual ones.

did you upgrade? lots of ppl says when you open multiple apps (using carplay while listening from bluetooth etc) it freezes and reboots itself
