I experienced COVID that lasted a good 12 days. At first, I believed I was fine until I began to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I am realizing it’s from the strain my body had during that time period and also the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing yoga and meditation everyday and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And now I don't face any hairfall. Thanks for this video! I'm feeling so much more at peace.

I’ve got all my autumn decorations ready to go. Ordered four pillow covers in neutral tan and ivory. I’ve got lots of faux foliage that’s just waiting to be put in containers and vases. I can’t deal with hot weather and it’s going to be close to ninety this whole weekend in Seattle, WA. But we are so very fortunate to have whole house air conditioning. Take care Gemma💜💜

Woke up this morning in a bit of a bad mood for some reason so Im watching this and then going to the garage to get my box of fall decor and bringing it in to at the very least go through and decide what I want this year. I know that will help! Also Gemma, PSL is offically back in the states, but if you dont have yet in the UK I have a drink you can get year round. Order a grande ice shaken brown sugar oat milk espresso with 1 pump of brown sugar and 1 pump of chai. I started getting it a few weeks ago when the heat here was making me miss autumn too much and it is literally the drink version of falling leaves.
I had the same reaction when i went into the Range recently. Was so excited to see their autumn decor, went back two weeks later, and it was replaced with Christmas decor 😮. Can't deny i was quite disappointed, lol. I did find the autumn decor further down the Isle 😊
