Too bad that the local community is competing with each other who has the loudest music. From morning till night you will continuously hear Reggaeton blasting from all directions until it drives you completely insane. The locals have lost their minds in that regard.
Right of Possession is very risky -- I would never do it. Best to have the seller get the title first.

There is no such thing as a private beach in Panama. It is deceptive to say so.
What we mean by "Private Beach"' is that the small beach is in front of the property, and it is inside a water concession, so technically, only the concession owner has access to a water concession.
