I was talking to my friend and everything turned like white or grey I couldn’t even see the letters so I swiped out of the chat and it said loading message so than I refreshed the app and my friend was not on my friends list anymore I need help I don’t know what to do
it’s still broken so basically in the camera left top corner it’s supposed to be your bitmoji but for me it’s not there it’s just a yellow person and when i tap on it it comes back but when i go on the app later it’s yellow person again

Looks like you encountered a bug. Reinstall the app and see if your friend reappears.
