Such a beautiful video. The quality, the settings and everything is total pack. But just a small advice. I know this video is more into advertising QBB ghee. Lemme just run thru some facts that I have studied along the years and the changes I have brought into my family. Ghee always has rating. It either comes with A1 or A2 ghee. And how ghee is made? Obviously, it needs cow’s milk. From cow’s milk, it is heated and milk solids is collected and stored. From the solids, it is churned and butter (vennai) is derived and from the butter it is heated and we get ghee. This is a so called brief process in short explanation. A2 ghee is more into the side of so called lesser harm and healthy ghee as it is made from 100% cow’s milk using the non-violence method. However, it is the total opposite when it comes to A1 ghee. The ghee does necessarily contains fully 100% cow’s milk. It is either a mixture of vegetable fats or dalda with a lesser number of cow’s milk ghee. Whether it is 100% from cow’s milk. The answer is NO. Next, it is not necessarily the methodology used to process the ghee is non-violence. Non-violence method means extraction of milk in the natural ways instead of injections, machines and bla bla. Many ghee in the market nowadays to avoid losing their business they will not label their ghee if it’s A1 or A2. The reason because if consumer sees this grading, it will trigger their curiosity and if it trigger their curiosity, they will try to find out the information which is widely available in the net nowadays. So u can see all those highly selling ghee like QBB, RKG, AMUL…. All doesn’t want to grade their ghee. But whether they are healthy for us…….lemme turn the questions to u, what is ghee should be made of? Cow’s milk, right? If it’s not cow’s milk, then what is the use of the ghee? So, the direct answer is NO. This is also one of the leading factor for today’s rise of hyperlipidemia among us. Ghee made from the correct method is healthy. It cannot lead to any cholesterol building. It can also be consumed daily and it is supposed to be taken in our diet daily. But one thing, I am not counting in other unhealthy diets like sugary food, excessive meat eating and etc. And one more thing, the real ghee doesn’t really have an aromatic smell. It has a strong smell and people not used to it they feel it is smelly. Unlike me, I loveeeeeeeee the smell of ghee coz from young my mom uses only A2 ghee or she would buy it through people whoever goes to India as we get pure ghee from the farm. Just sharing this knowledge in a hope that we can live a healthier lifestyle. ❤
