    When I do this exercise it hurts the flexor muscles in my underarms. Is there anything I can do to prevent this or strengthen these muscles?

      Just strengthen them.

    Hey could someone teach me the difference between a pullover and a back kip? 'cause I can't see almost any...

      since you haven't had a reply, I'll just offer my amateur 2 cents for what it' worth...
      it looks like a 'pullover' (back roll into support) can be done with pure strength (no momentum (kipping) assist) _if_ you're in false grip, whereas a back kip gives upwards momentum that allows a gymnast to shift their grip to perform the same move without needing to start in the grip that's needed for the support position.

    dose the length of the ring matter with difficulty? my rings hang about 5feet

      Generally, the longer the ring straps, the greater instability will be present (harder to control). lmao I just noticed this comment is 7 years old. I'm guessing you figured it out haha

    i hate most of crossfit's version of " gymnastic skills " - usually very shitty and ugly.this was very well put together. great job !
