    On the last turn, Kazuha's player couldn't use the scramble effect to avoid losing by deckout? since it activates before the draw.

    • @IonaRose
      @IonaRose 5 วันที่ผ่านมา +5

      he couldnt since his opponent used calling to delete his digimon

    He had game at 14:14. Digivolve into velgra, mill his opponent out and not swing and then pass turn. Did not need to swing.

      No velgr in hand

      Tho he had 3 scrambles on the field. He could have used them, if the PH player had a Digimon out, to prevent deck out

    I am running Paladin Mode as well. The ability to reset your deck exactly as you want it and decide the order is really strong. The biggest issue is that if you are going to run the tech then you should run 2 Paladin Mode like he did. Is it better than Ruin mode. Idk

      @Vaeltis 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I'd imagine that the 2 Paladin ACE was a tech to deal with Velgrmon Loop decks that can easily deck opponents out, so it was a way to try and prevent the deck out but in the end still got decked out, which is ironic lol

      @@Vaeltis Stacking the cards back and accounting for the second mill is something not a lot of players pay attention to (even me!) I was lucky he didn't noticed and stacked the second Paladin on the 6th card.

      @@Vaeltis It's also just a good idea to reset your deck in any order you like and avoid decking yourself out. Sakuya draws fast. What got him was the smart opponent not leaving a digimon out for the scramble, which is the other way to prevent deck out.

    Wait, how did Velgrmon pop the Kuzuhamons at about 16:34? Didn't he die from checking Ruin Mode? How did he use the end of attack effect?

      He gets +1k for each card trashed by his effect

      @talesdalfior4371 oh yeah right, I knew that but somehow I thought that it was for every card you trashed from your own deck, not in total. It's ok then

    Kinda crazy with how he decked out after getting his whole trash back just moments ago
    Then again, he likely had like half of his deck in hand to begin with…

    KCH won that event tho? playing the calling at the end was ending his turn cause he had no way to win with the scrambles

    • @DemonEyeHelix
      @DemonEyeHelix 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      No, robin won by playing calling. Scrambles only work if your opponent has a digimon on board, so by removing it with calling, kch lost to deck out.

      My calling of darkness was the last 3 cards of my deck as well, I needed to mill it out so I could retrieve it back with matt. Even if I just evo Velgr, I am short of 1 memory to play matt to take back calling.
      My Velgr should have died during the last attack, the board was at -10k (-5k from ruin and -5k from dark seraphi) when he blocked with his token, and I would not need to play Matt > Calling

      @@digislots862 I felt that board control was needed more in the current meta, and that there are other cards that are more memory efficient as compared to Merva. And Merva works in favor for opp's scramble
