In the Sancho situation, i think he was right. Pep often says something about his players. for Example he said that Matheus Nunes's first touch is not good enough, he called Kalvin Phillips overweight. Imagine if both of those city players coming out and tweet that Pep is lying I'm not overweight, Pep is lying, my first touch is amazing. It's poor mentality from Sancho there. Even if maybe ten Hag was wrong that he's not training well, get on the training ground and work harder than you did, try to prove him wrong.
You are forgetting that Pep has the resume to back up his criticisms. When your a new manager and you aren't winning anything you can't act like Pep. I liken it to Sir Alex Ferguson. The way he treated some of the players was awful but they won competitions and he is one of the best managers in English history. So you're dealing with two different managers. Ten Hag doesn't have the accolades at the club and isn't as good as Pep so can't get away with the same things Pep does so the comparison to Pep ain't valid.
