Lilly Pulitzer definitely has a following. I’ve purchased a couple of pieces for my personal wardrobe because they use quality fabrics with solid craftsmanship and the colors are vibrant. I don’t know how well they’re selling right now, but I know they definitely have a following. I guess that said, that anything that mimics her look would probably sell as well as she does. 😊
This past Sunday, I was at the local mall and there was a crowd of people standing outside of Abercrombie and Fitch store, waiting for it to open! No other store was getting that kind of love!
I just thrifted a pair of Abercrombie jeans from the bins last week. They were jeans on the front faux leather on the back and they were still selling on their site...I just listed them and no joke they sold in 5 min 😮🎉
Great haul, so many fabulous pieces! That kimono - OMG! I cannot believe the stuff you find in Ohio. I in the New York metro area and we don't find things like that in such large quantities. I'll be keeping an eye out for grand openings from now on.... Meanwhile, I had to travel two states over for something this week, of course, stopped into a couple GW's while there. Hit the jackpot in one of them with great bolo pieces. Will now be making the two hour drive at least once a month to source in that area! Found an absolutely stunning Misook jacket for $11. Clearly GW didn't know what it was. Bought 10 solid bolos - that was it in my haul, and colorful interesting versions. It's so inspiring to travel outside of your regular route and to see what different areas are like! I absolutely love it!

I just found that Linea Donatello brand tonight at the Salvation Army and my piece is similar to yours. I definitely felt like it was really on trend. I was going to list higher than $40 tho. Maybe I’m being too optimistic.
I love Northface and own a few pieces myself. I used to work in men’s outerwear at Macys and was number one in Northface sales one winter because of a promotional they were doing and ended up being comped a ton of product. I still have some in my storage unit and really need to get in there and pull it out to list. I outfitted my neighborhood of teens in Northface that winter. 🤣 Those silly kids were like, “Northface? What’s Northface? Where’s the Southpaw? 🤣🤣🤣 But they did appreciate the gesture. 🤣🤣🤣
@@cayleyelaine I wanted to tell you that I as of tomorrow I am officially done helping my friend out at her store for the summer and heading home where I will be able to hyper focus on my online business and have been contemplating joining Resellers Edge. I want to wait till I get home though, so that I am able to budget both my finances and my time accordingly. I have looked into your courses along with other courses and feel that you are most aligned with what I am trying to accomplish and I feel also that your personality is one that meshes with mine in a way that will keep me both engaged and motivated. I should be home by midweek and will give my time to settle back into home life. Just wanted to share that with you here so that you know that what you are doing here matters and you have inspired me to really get on this and make things happen. ♥️♥️♥️

The SUI by Anna SUI (pronounced swee) is her diffusion line. I think it sells at Walmart. Still fairly pricey but not the high end Anna SUI. Great haul. I’ve never been to a Goodwill grand opening before. I’ve seen videos, they do look pretty chaotic.

In general I hate diffusion lines that are just a variation on the same name. Call it something completely different.

It comes from years of experience of knowing what the tags look like. I don't think I'd be able to explain in a video other than, I just know from the way it looks because I've sold stuff like this before. There are websites (like the vintage guild) you can go to study.

I live in Eugene, Oregon and work on the coast and in Portland and our Goodwill stores are usually pretty great. I’m so sorry. That really sucks. 😢
