    Excellent work! I absolutely LOVE the Neoii's- especially, for low-light situations! Great video!

    Great video! Thanks!
    I have the Aeos and the Neo 2, so this has given me some great ideas for using them on my next model shoot. All I need now is a team of people like Terry has!
    I was trying to identify the Sony camera (I thought A7Riii). At the end Terry says it's an A9 - so I was wrong!

      Hi Bruce, yes it was filmed pre-A7Riii release so unfortunately not! Glad it's given you some inspiration :)

    My German manual says the AEOS (FW 731) has NO integrated receiver, So I have to sell my freshly purchased Elinchrome trigger (FW 3.0) and find a cable HSS-capable-solution. No idea how you can work with it. very confusing.

      Hi there, when AEOS was first launched it did not contain the integrated receiver. But it was later updated to include it. You can be sure if you have it or not by checking your serial number (found under the battery plate on a sticker) if it starts SKY then you have Skyport included.

      @@Rotolight thank you for the information. Obviousely I purchased to early, no SKY. Even increases my frustration, I hoped for a solution idea.

      @@freudensammler If you purchase the transmitter from us, we will give you the receiver for free, it just has to be mounted externally.

      Rotolight Thank you, nice offer, but I already purchased the Elinchrom transmitter, but dont find where I can buy a fitting receiver. Any German vendor/dealer?

    • @freudensammler
      @freudensammler 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Rotolight thanks, but I already have purchased the transmitter (as mentioned). It would have been much easier, when I had a broken power switch issue last year and had a guarantee replacement case (I waited 6 weeks for the replacement item), to send me as replacement the new version with built in receiver, instead of the old version again.

    Hi Rotolight / Terry. Could someone tell me where i can get one of the boom arm type things from used in the video. Its the one that is hand held and can be extended. Many thanks

      Hi Leo, I believe Terry got his from Amazon, I don't believe it's from a specific brand. Hope that helps

    Hi Terry, Great video and venue, Can anyone use the old brewery for a photoshoot or is it by consent?

      Hi David, thanks , glad you like it I'm afraid it's consent from the owner only!

    Hi. How does the flash compare over just using the led by itself ?

    • @Rotolight
      @Rotolight  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi Scott, the continuous light is 2000 Lux at 3ft and the flash is 250% on top of that equating to another stop of light. However, if you power it via a v-lock battery (rather than AA batteries) the flash output jumps up to 500% max so another two stops of light :) Hope that helps!

    I wouldn't call this a soft light! look at the shadow on the neck , it is somewhat hard and specular. I would buy it for video but not for serious photography.
