I haven't seen this film, unfortunately, but I'm very familiar with the late 50's vocal group, The Skyliners, who were excellent. Their , "Since I Don't Have You", "This I Swear", "Lonely Way", "How Much", "Believe Me", etc etc, are all beautiful recordings.... some of the very best to come out of the late 1950's and early 1960's.
I have the DVD, I cry every time I see it, I finally have the story. Oh, how we all wish it could have been different! Thanks to the producers for helping us all to somehow understand.
I finally found this movie through Amazon and rented it for under $3. A very good movie ! I thought my life was rough, a friend of mine said every life is rough its just a matter of how much. This movie had a very explosive ending....A MUST SEE !
I bought this movie, and I finally watched it. Even tho it was a low-budget, but the quality and story telling was top notch. I really loved this movie. I gotta go back and SHAZAM some of the songs I didn't recognize in this movie. This was a damn good movie.

Michael Collins Jimmy Beaumont was my grandfather. The scene in the movie where he pulled janet out of her casket was not real, but the director needed some drama with her death to build up the story. He said it was a more emotional than it actually was. He was the best grandpa ever, loved him with all my heart
I never knew this happened to her. R.I.P. Miss Janet Vogel may your amazing voice sing with the Angels.
I bought the DVD and I was so shocked...so sad...May her sweet talented soul be resting in the arms of the Angels.
