This is such a great podcast! So much really good information. Absolutely love the “intentional breathing“ that Miles suggested and I have been incorporating several different styles throughout my day. I do the box work breathing when I’m walking my dogs and I do count because it helps to slow/eliminate monkey brain. (Who, me?) Miles also touched on humming and tapping. I do both. I will try humming the national anthem but I like the song somewhere over the rainbow because it hits so many different notes/tones. Great work, Blake.
