Dude BIGBANG not idol anymore, they are artist. Literally can do anything they want and company or public can't say a word because BIGBANG are on another level of artist in korean. Public love them because their music and persona.
Loser
In G-Dragon's part(he's the one who is shown first in the music video), he feels alone and depressed. Although he has money and fame, he becomes lonely as he does not have anyone by his side. His part also goes, "I was always alone. It's been a long time since I've forgotten about love."
Taeyang (the one on the roof in the red jacket) was confused and had doubts with his faith. The cross he drew said "Sin Will Find You." His part goes, "I hold out my hand, but no one holds it," just like in GD's case, he was alone and did not know where he should go to ask for help. At the end, he loses his battle against his own self and commits suicide where you see him falling off the building.
T.O.P. on the other hand was shown to be a womanizer. "Love them for one night, and hate then when the morning comes." The two girls were also wearing white, signifying that T.O.P. also views them as objects. When they started to touch him and his things, he got mad and killed them which is why you see him covered in blood while he is walking through the alley. He breaks down as he started to realize what he has done and what he has lost.
Daesung (the one getting beat up) was being bullied which makes him feel like a loser. "At some point I've gotten scared of people's eyes," he becomes afraid of what people would do to him. While looking at the mirror, he decides to fight back although he knows that he was not going to win.
Seungri (white hair) still chases after his ex-girlfriend who already has found someone new. He becomes obsessive, calling her every now and then.
At the end, the five members all gave in to their personal struggles, thus becoming 'Losers" in their own ways.

T.O. P part is a mental issue, as u can see he wears gloves he doesnt want anyone touching him, irl T. O. P doesnt like showing skin the reason why he rarely takes a bath with his members and the members were shock when he film the TAZZA showing skin

This is why BIGBANG is the crowd's favorite. In Korea, BIGBANG has 2 fanbases. VIP the fandom and the General Public (GP) who are casual listeners but knew and trusted BIGBANG to create great music. Hence, everytime BIGBANG releases their music, the GP is waiting. . .it's because BIGBANG was never shy about singing and rapping about things that everyone can relate to, even if it's about women, alcohol,and sex. Topics that are sensitive for idols to sing about coz idols are supposed to have a clean image. Hence, BIGBANG is the rebel of kpop industry coz they never followed the idol path.
You got Haru, Haru, spot on......this is BIG BANG in 2008 - 2 years after debut at which time they were the No 1 group in Korea and the No 1 group in Japan......They spent 2 years working in Japan also...and writing Japanese Lyrical songs. Remember - this song is their's - Lyrics, Melodies, musicianship. They did it themselves.......They also recorded and produced it all and then performed it with dancing too. Why Kings of Kpop, because - THEY DID IT THEMSELVES. First, of what we know as a Kpop group to do so. Known as 2nd gen group. But when you understand the backgroud of each member of this group, G Dragon had a, Hip Hop rap song out at age 13, youngest in Korea, back in 2001. So good. Taeyang singing with GD since that age also. Backup dancers too to older groups, rappers etc.... TOP first underground rapper etc This group were a lot of firsts. Lightsticks....so much to name. This is WHY we love them so.
I remember GDragon said in one interview, that sometimes they feel themselves as losers, people got used to think that BIGBANG members goes to different tours around the world and after concerts they are having afterparty (sometimes they got used to drink and have fun at such afterparties but not everytime). But he added that most of the time each of them goes to their own hotel rooms and spend time alone, so i guess he was writing lyrics which are pretty personal for them.
That guy, who's rapping with deep voice, his name is Seunghyun, aka T.O.P. He used to wear some clothes which closed his whole body. When he was a teenager, he was pretty fat, but when he came to YG he lost his weight for debut. I guess he was still shy about his body for a long time, even tho he was a main hero in one movie where he was topless and had a sexy body >_< Anyway, he didn't like to show his body, even on concerts or at the beach with members he used to wear not tshirts but long sleeved shirts. If Im not mistaken on one show BIGBANG members were laughing while saying that nobody of them has never seen Seunghyun naked, even in shower. So I guess in the mv he tried to show that he didn't like somebody to touch him or even his furnuture without his permission, that's why he killed...
And yes, Daesung was learning how to play drums, he got used to play at their live performances and concerts, even now he got his own youtube channel and does a lot of amazing drum covers of different songs.
Btw it seems to me, that BIGBANG was one of the first (if not first) kpop artists who made different outro in their songs and who made them more upbeat with some dance vibes, cuz I've been following YG entertainment artists, who are BIGBANG, Blackpink. Treasure and coming Baby Monster, so I think almost all of them got such cool and amazing outros from BIGBANG. And BIGBANG made such different outro in 2012-13 with their Fantastic Baby era.
Thank you for reaction to my favourite group, it was a pleasure to watch them again, and I can't wait for live performance reaction, cuz they were KINGS of live performances, after them I barely can enjoy the live show nowadays, thanks to other YG artists who got same energy at the stage lol

What's even wild is that Loser, Sober, BaeBae, Bang Bang Bang and Fxxk it are from the same album 'Made'. Bigbang back in 2015 had the 'Made' project that they released 2 songs every month for 4 months and finish the album in 2016 with 3 more songs. That was wild! Hope you can check the rest of songs from 'Made'!
If you're going to watch GD and Taeyang performance in MAMA 2014, make sure you get one with subtitle. The rap in the beginning of the performance is not from their song and the lyric is what make it legendary.
If you watch the 2014 MAMA, start with Taeyang's solo that transitions to GD's rap and the duo of GD and Taeyang, Good Boy.
I would 1000000% recommend watching their live performances, they often change band arrangements and ad libs for their songs to make them sound different and refreshing. One of if not the best live performers I’ve ever seen

Love your BIGBANG reactions! With BIGBANG, anything is random, everything in their MVs has a meaning, they're highly artistic, and with their lyrics, GD is amazingly talented. He uses many wordplay that even Koreans have a hard time understanding. Also, there is a lot of slang and Korean folk tales that are hard to translate into other languages, so we (people from abroad) don't get much of the lyrics' meaning.
It's the same with Bae bae MV, every single object and scenario has a meaning in the MV. I bet we get neither 50% of it.

Bae bae is indeed sexual but it also shows different phases of a person's life.
** First, GD represents puberty, where this boy is curious about opposite sex. He is surrounded by so many females but they are all mannequins which shows he is interested in girls but he's too shy or he doesn't dare to talk to/approach them for real. The angel shows his innocence of being young/his spiritual side but he has this hidden side too.
** Taeyang represents the next stage a bit mature where he is so lonely in the beginning(alone on the horse) but finds his special one and is in love now.
** T.O.P's part is all about making love and of course having kids in other words getting married and having family.
** Daesung's part represents the phase of life where the person is satisfied with being with the love of his life and living happily with her.
** Seungri's part represents growing old together (both Ri and his partner has white hair). He is afraid to lose (melting flower) her but as you can see she disappeared and all the members fall slowly which means death.
Now there is a Korean folk tale that an immortal rabbit pounds rice on the moon to make rice cake. So the lyrics our chemistry is like sticky rice cake (chapssalteok chapssalteok gunghabi uri uri gunghabi) represents the eternal love and togetherness even after death. They are enjoying their after life with their partners on moon. Also tear drop, burning windmill, their sad faces has deeper meaning as failed relationship or the hurt they received or mistakes they made when they were in a relationship.

Loser
Loser is one of the most deepest songs in K-Pop. And BIGBANG makes all of their music themselves and every member kind of shares their own story.
The first guy, G-Dragon (who's walking alone on the road), talks about the harsh reality of being a celebrity.
He talks about being alone, even though he has everything one could ask for and he feels like no one actually cares for him, other than his celebrity.
The second guy, Taeyang (with the red jacket), has faith issues in his life. He talks about finding meaning and purpose and some help in his life ("| extend my hand but no one grabs it"). In the end, he loses his battle with religion and commits suicide, by jumping off the building.
The third guy, Seungri (the one with the blonde hair), desperately likes a girl (either it's his ex or someone he knew), but she completely ignores him while he sees her walking with another guy. He lashes out in anger and frustration, throwing and breaking stuff in his home. In the end, he confronts the girl, but she rejects him completely.
The fourth guy, T.O.P (the one having an affair with the woman) is shown to be a womanizer and is obsessed by his materialistic possessions. He views women only as a source of pleasure ("love them for one night... ") and hates himself for this addiction. When the woman starts to touch his precious possessions, he loses control and then starts to hurt her. He is then shown walking alone in an alley covered in dry blood (he killed her). In the end, he realizes what he's actually done and he falls to the ground with remorse.
The fifth guy, Daesung (the one getting his ass beaten) is shown to be someone who's bullied alot, to the point where his confidence has completely shattered and he's even scared of showing his eyes to people. He is shown standing in front of the mirror and crying and feeling pathetic. In the end, he tries to confront the bullies as a last attempt to stand up for himself, but gets beaten yet again and is dragged and left for good on the road.
So many people relate to this song in their own ways and that's what makes this piece so special.
