Not a high bar admittedly but the flesh god Yaldabaoth is pretty much an actual Lovecraftian monster. Granted Mekhane is literally broken and her remnants are very dangerous but if nothing else a machine apocalypses sounds like it would be less agonizing than a flesh based one.

The fact that he had never entered or was even aware of the bone orchard probably also protected him from Uruk's influence.
