Looks delicious but I did not like the fry eggs in the curry so I just boil it and cut into half and put it in the aloo. This think this how some Trini does it.

Guyanese are not the only ones who fry their eggs. Fijian Indians do too as do some parts of India. Also, love Dave's translations, as I find Trini people difficult to understand sometimes.
My grandmother and mum used to make this but I'm not a fan of it, I don't like eggs. I've never put potatoes in my duck either. My great grandparents was from India so I saw alot of dishes that they brought over here, my grandmother used to make rice and sardines as well
