Can’t get enough of these videos! Quick question though. I’ve always heard shrimp need hard water or basically lots of minerals in the water to molt. How is it that caridina shrimp molt in much softer water?
Csridina shrimp need a little higher gH and they are naturally living in soft water so that's why they can molt in soft water and it's best for them to live in in soft water unlike neocaradinas,Atya/Atyopsis or machobrachium shrimp.
