Unmesh will release his own photo-editing software one day, just called "Curves.", with only one type of adjustment layer available (you guessed it :P). And he'll prove that it's just as powerful as everything else on the market. Love your work man.
I still remember in one of your hue/saturation videos where you said at the end - "Don't just learn 2+2=4, master addition instead... " That is when I actually started learning every tool present in Photoshop. You are indeed with no doubt, very good in Photoshop, but I would rather call you a very good teacher. Thanks a lot man....
Me, halfway through the video: "So Hue and Saturation is just Curves with a simpler interface?" Unmesh, at the end: "Everything is Curves!" Me: "I KNEW it!"
You learn something new and amazing with this guy every single day. In this case, limiting the adjustment layer to just the layer one below and no further. I never knew. Now, back to the rest of the video.......
Hey Unmesh, greetings from Greece! I just HAVE to tell you how much i appreciate the work you've done. I've been watching both new and old videos of your channel and i must say, you've steadily improved on how well you've talked to the camera, making us feel like you're really in front of us teaching exactly how to do thigns. You really start from Point A to go to Point B, showing us exactly how to do stuff. What i mean, you explain things so nicely, we don't have to know absolutely everything already on how to do things with every different detail of Photoshop's features! Personally i trully appreciate this, because it helps me understand exactly how to achieve whatever you are teaching in every video you upload! Big thanks, have a good day!
Great fun, and a little silly. Thanks for being honest about the difficulty to apply this to natural images with thousands of colors rather than graphics with only a few colors. I'd also point out that if the original change is a hue adjustment, then a single adjustment of the hue slider will match it, rather than multiple curves adjustments. Still, it's amazing how well doing it the hard way with curves can work for a few colors. Also, for any commenters who seem to have misunderstood that the hue adjustment is based on curves, it isn't. It is based on equations where each primary color is replaced by a mixture of that primary and another primary, rather than adjusting only the amount of that one primary (as curves does). To make a hue adjustment of a complex image manually, you would use the RGB channels and calculations. Fortunately, Photoshop does this for you with the hue slider.
basically ur the perfect teacher of photoshop no doubts, so please make full tutorial on wacom pen tablet (facing many problems like when i click control ,shift or alt keys my pen stops working it needs to minimize photoshop then maximize then starts workni normaly) and take all the other topic in video
Seems we could get rid of the hue/saturation sliders; but do we want to. I believe, in many cases, it's going to be much more convenient than curves. Well, he does say this in the end; and, for me, this was an interesting and educational video.
Thanx for your tutorials, they're great. Curves just make your life happier. I'm sure that curves can also wash the dishes, walk your dog and even take the children to school 👍👍👍
You are not a teacher of Photoshop, you are guru of Photoshop You never disappoint us. Unbelievable tricks. Great speaking methods that we can easily understand what are you saying. Huge love to you from Pakistan. Our mentor gfx mentor also learn from you and really love your content, He also suggest us to learn from you. 🥰🥰🥰 Love you ummesh sir 😍
Great job Unmesh. You are right. You also proved that some of the code in Adobe Photoshop could be removed thus saving space and ram. This video reminds me of the other video you did about a similar process.
This was funny! Of course, all the layers adjustments exist for a reason. Knowing how to use each and every one... This where the secret really is. One day, who knows, I'll get the hang of it of each and everyone and became a master like you ( I can dream, can't I?! haha!)
Hello. The subtitles come out automatically in Vietnamese. And it makes the automated translation into Spanish difficult. I don't speak English, but I follow your videos. They are excellent
Hi bro, for photoshop ur channel is the best, will u please tell which are the channels are best for (illustrator, animate, after effects and premiere pro) these software's.
Let's take a new curve. Hey Unmesh, I have never seen you teaching jewellery retouching. There are lots of people who want to learn including me. Can you make any video on this topic?
Crate a video on Glowing Text and Image . Like Neon glow.... I saw many videos but nobody can teach as good as you. I saw not Just text can be glow like Neon but also the images . Please make a complete video on that .I eagerly want to learn that.
@@chintu8618 no worries just search "cross hair brush piximperfect". It might be helpful if it's not then you have to find another solution on Google or anywhere else 😃
Here's a curves-y question that seems appropriate for this video: is there an easy way to limit a curves adjustment layer to only affect certain colors (with good precision, like within the yellows and greens of a nature scene), without having to manually create multiple layers and masks? That's when I'd normally have to use things like saturation masks and hue/sat layers. I feel like I want to use the horizontal curves technique in conjunction with something like I'm describing to make some magic, but I can't quite put it all together.
Hallo Unmesh, thanks for all the great videos. Question. Can you make a tutorial how to give an object (face or building) depth, when photographed under a casted sky? So make shadows as if it looks the sun shines on the object. Thanks already!
Hi, teacher. I am a subscriber, not a native English language. Therefore, I use TH-cam's real-time automatic translation system to add subtitles to the video. However, in this video, your words were recognized as Vietnamese, not English, causing problems in translating subtitles. Thank you always for your help, and I hope you will be interested in this matter.
Bro in your video of complete guide to smart object When there is a warning of layer cannot be saved on jpg etc etc so merge layer and it will get ubdate is there any remedied to that problem now or is it still that issue if it is there then pls ask ps ubdaters to have that prob fixed
Hey Unmesh, I have quick question, unrelated to the video. Idk if this is gonna make sense, but, when I change the blend mode of the layer, how do I create a copy of that layer with blend mode "Normal" that contains only visible pixels on the first layer at that moment with that blend mode?
The King of Curves never disappoints
He is increasing the curves on his arms too!

I think you could create a selection based on colours and then make a curves adjustment of that selection only
