Hi , I just recently bought your pattern for this Sedona sweater . I love it , so beautiful . I bought a different yarn though from MaryMaxim . It is the Mellospun DK , I’m hoping it works well with this pattern . I chose 10 colours resembling the colours you use . I would like to know if you could possibly do a short video on adding the ribbed collar and the ribbing at the base of the sweater . It would be very much appreciated . I also just bought your pattern for the Cozy sweater , will be making that next 🥰 . Thank you for these lovely patterns .

Thank you for your support and I hope you enjoy your projects! If you're unfamiliar with adding perpendicular crochet ribbing to a project and joining it as you go, there are some videos that already exist on TH-cam that will show you the general technique. Once you understand the technique, the pattern instructions may become clearer. Please search "how to add crochet ribbing to a project" and it should lead you to these videos. However, if you're still confused after doing a search and watching videos, please use the pattern support information in the pattern to reach out for more support.

I do NOT recommend only tying the ends together as shown at the end of the video. I just did that and trimmed the excess, and as I'm working the sleeves, a lot of the little double knots are coming undone, and since I trimmed them, they are very hard to re-tie. I'm going to have to use tiny dots of super glue, which I hope isn't irritating on the skin when wearing. Learn from me and take the time to weave in the ends!! (Otherwise a very good pattern)
