Oh my goodness, that row of trees 3:00 onwards - not sure what they are - but they could be Ents from the LOTR! so gaunt, and contorted. There's some beautiful shots here - is it possible to linger longer on each one so we have more time to take them in. Thanks so much 🙂
Hi Barbara, they’re Spanish Chestnuts, legend has it that they were grown from chestnuts washed up in the wreckage of a Spanish Galleon from the Armada and then planted in a formation representing the attacking fleet. I think there are also avenues of oak trees representing British ships…it all makes a great story!! That said they definitely look like Ents, their massive trunks all twist round, which I’ve never seen in other old trees
I accidentally hit send before I’d finished. I was just going to say that I obviously need to do longer shots for you, I alway worry that people will find the videos boring if I linger too long on individual shots so it’s great to hear that you’d like them to be “slower moving” I’ll definitely experiment with longer shots on my next video! Thanks again!!
@@SleepBeneathTheBoughs Yes, that would be wonderful. No not boring at all! Some of the best youtubers have beautiful and long takes, of special places. It adds to the mystique, the atmosphere .... ♥
Just what I needed. Thank you. And the additional details you gave show you have as much of a way with words as you do with videography.
Aw thanks, so glad you enjoyed it and really nice to know that people are reading my rambling descriptions! Have a lovely day! 🙏😊
Beautiful, I enjoyed it very much and the music was also very lovely. Thank you

Thank you! Yes it’s a wonderful place, one of our favourites to visit at all times of the year.

Very beautiful 👍9
Thank you !! 🙏🙏
Thank you for this. Very different November views compared to what we see here in Quebec (Canada) at this time.
Thank you for watching!! Am I right in saying that you have a very short autumn that moves quickly to snow?
Thanks again!! 🙏
