For those looking for "WHERE" the timelines for "THAT" specific DLC Boss battle in the video is located the start of the video shows the Boss Battle against the Protagonist of COGEN: Sword of Rewind, Kokaku Otori at 0:01 to 2:46 The battle against Dusk Diver 2's Protagonist Yang Yumo is at 2:47 to 5:20 The battle against the Protagonist of the Blaster Master Zero Series Jason Frudnick is at 5:21 to 9:01 Meanwhile the battle against Kurona (who made her debut in Gal Gun Double Peace mind you) is at the 9:02 to 12:22 mark of the video and finally the Boss Battle against Kirin (Which is from an UPCOMING Game in the Gunvolt Series Azure Striker Gunvolt 3) is at the 12:23 mark of the video!!!!! @iytdominotik Let's mindfuck this a little further: Copen didn't get the rifle during his DLC, the Creator did, and he used it's ability to travel extradimensional space to send it to Copen. So the Copen that did the BMZ2 DLC was actually the Creator in the bad end timeline looking for a way to save the grave pillar world.
@iytdominotik So from what it seems like, the Gunvolt series follows the Maya route of Gal*Gun Double Peace (which makes sense considering it's heavily implied that Shinobu is Copen and Mytyl's mother and Maya is their aunt) while the main series and Gal/Grim Guardian follows either the Shinobu or the Sisters route. So that Older Kurona is a seperate being from Nori despite both being (implied in Nori's case) older versions of Kurona.
Real talk: how did the most radically different gunvolt game... Gain access to some of the best dlc in the franchise? ...I'm not even joking, all these boss fights are genuinely solid tests of your strike saw and different abilities not to mention you don't immediate kick into overdrive to obliterate them
Kurona's boss must be the most clever and the most awful pun EVER. So, if you didn't notice in one of her attacks Kurona acts like a Yellow Devil (that being assembling and disassembling herself and throwing the pieces from one side of the room to the other) and she is a demon... GET IT?! Demon -> Devil GET IT?!?!?
I wonder some things about Kirin, why she acts like the term "adept" is outdated or forgotten? There are still adepts that haven't converted into Primal dragons, or that she ended up there because of Moebius, is she trying to undo the true ending of the game and we see this journey on Ix2? And the last one, why the hell she doesn't know the son of that one sumeragi doctor that helped a lot in the advancement of adepts power and technologies? The man who also is hellbent on killing every adept existing she must know his face for a database or something, there is no way to not know who Acura is
My guesses are this 1. Maybe because of the way Copen pronounces Adept (He says *edept* and not *A-Dept* like Kirin does) 2. She appears here after getting hit with Moebius's Desperation move and it sends her into iX2 as one of the "possible futures". 3. Copen may look entirely different to her compared to the records in her world. Just some of my takes on this.

Alright from what i can gather with my limited japanese knowledge, the reason she acts like "adept" is an unknown term is because of a translation mistake, since in the japanese dub of iX they're referred to as "Septima Holders" which is a different term than the one used in mainline titles, Nōryoku-sha. Again tho, limited knowledge so i could be wrong about this. Point being, they are different terms but since the translation still uses the word "Adept" for Septima Holders it makes it seem as if Kirin's never heard the term. The other ones are self explanatory in terms of GV3's plot

There are no dlc ex weapons. Only upgrades to your existing gears
