So ur sequence was 160 bpm and sample was 145 bpm and u pitched it up , is it now 160 bpm aswell or doesnt that matter ? What i try to ask is , does a sample has to match ur sequence bpm ?

I time stretched it to 160 and pitched it up. In Sample edit you hit the process button and under time stretch you enter original bpm on the left and the bpm you want on the right. I pitch it up in the same menu but under pitch shift so the bpm stays the same.
