I’m the same, what kind of access level do you have? I used the 14 days trial and I had an Admin level but when I decided to buy it they gave me viewer access and now I can’t do anything because I can’t upload the any drawings. Do you know how to fix it?

They probably have not enabled the license yet. As your Bluebeam may still be on view mode.

Why wouldn't you just use the count tool in this instance?
The count tool has its place. At times it is not a versatile. But it serves a function as well.
