Hello, I live in north east Victoria and it’s SO SO nice watching a quality Aussie coffee channel !! I am only weeks into using a “proper” espresso machine (ECM) & grinder( DF 64 gen2) and your channel has been incredibly helpful!!!! Thank you 🙏🏼. My “inner barista “ is on a steep learning curve but I’m getting there ☕️!!
Another issue that I had, there was too much grease in the brew group, when my machine was made, so as you stated Luke yes the shower screen could be blocked but as I've stated there may have been to much grease put in the brew group during assembly
I have a sage dual boiler (I know more of an appliance than a machine) and a niche zero, and the biggest issue I have is that if I dial in to 9bars the shot tends to run way too fast and only seems to pull properly at around 11bars. Do I need to adjust the opv on it to 9bars so that it can't go over 9bars? I did do this before but reverted the opv back the factory setting
a lotta respect for dropping this and not just making money servicing the machines. Going to buy some of your beans to show my support of this free content Edit - not after you ask for a tip at the checkout.
Thanks for your support, we hope you do buy some beans, the tip is there for anyone who does appreciate our content. Our coffee sales will keep the business going and pay our staff, the tip could go towards your use of our content? No pressure, it a choice you have. Sorry if this upsets you, but many people do tip which surprised us especially for those over seas who can’t buy out beans but want to support us. Cheers luke
Are you able to please make a video on the correct posture for pouring drinks? I’m a new barista and towards the end of the pour when the cup is basically full, my hand starts to shake when I’m holding the cup. I’m wondering if I’m not using the correct muscles and holding it at a weird angle?
Very interesting video and thank you! What happens tho if I’ve already bought fine coarsed coffee and every time I make coffee the extract comes out very dark and bitter?🥲 I’ve tried to put less coffee inside the filter but the result ends up being the same… P.s. no coffee grinder bought

Appreciates free content but then does not support because of an automated tip question where it’s not compulsory 🤦🏽
Doesn’t make sense lol

There are many ways to hold a cup and pour. Remember to breathe, so many people hold their breath and this can make your muscles get sore
Skill issue
