      Great question Adam, it's down to both our engineers many years of experience, and the old saying "measure twice, cut once."

    If you use a caulk gun this much look into the Milwaukee ones

    This looks like such a time consuming job. Drilling, riveting, messy adhesive.
    A faster, cleaner and simpler way would be to use 3M VHB tape.
    It will save you on your labour costs allowing for higher production threw put.

      Hi Daniel, I'm not sure where we bought it from but it is called ACM (Aluminium Composite Material). If you google ACM with your location you should find a local supplier 🙂
